Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyPCMitra sells digital license keys. Because a key loses its resale value the moment it is
delivered and viewed, our refund policy for delivered keys is limited — but we fully stand behind every key we sell.
1. Order Cancellation
- An order can be cancelled only before the license key is delivered. Since most keys are delivered within minutes of payment, the cancellation window is very short.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp +91 99999 94075 with your Order ID.
- If cancellation is confirmed before delivery, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility (Delivered Keys)
Once a license key has been delivered to your email/WhatsApp, the order is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Invalid / non-working key: if the delivered key fails to activate on the correct product edition and version, and our support team is unable to activate it or provide a working replacement key within 72 hours of your complaint, you will be eligible for a full refund of that item.
- Wrong product delivered: if you receive a key for a different product than what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct key, or refund if replacement is not possible.
- Duplicate payment: any accidental double payment for the same order will be refunded in full.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after key delivery, or purchase of the wrong edition/version by the customer.
- Customer's system not meeting the software publisher's minimum requirements.
- Key already activated/used, or shared with a third party.
- Issues caused by the software publisher's own servers, account policies or discontinuation of a product, beyond our control.
4. How to Raise a Complaint
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp +91 99999 94075 or email support@mypcmitra.com.
- Share your Order ID, registered mobile/email, and a screenshot of the exact activation error.
- Allow our team to attempt activation with you (remote guidance may be offered). Most issues are resolved on the first call.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and are credited to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider. For failed transactions where money was debited but no order was created, the payment gateway auto-refunds within 5–7 working days.
