1. Nature of Products
MyPCMitra sells digital software products — license keys and subscriptions for operating systems, productivity software and antivirus/security software. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is made electronically via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided by you at checkout.
2. Genuine Licenses & Brand Ownership
All licenses sold are genuine and activation-ready for the specified product version. All product names, trademarks, logos and brands (including Microsoft, Quick Heal, K7, Kaspersky, McAfee, ESET, Net Protector, Guardian and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used on this Website for identification purposes only. Aadya Software Solutions is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands unless expressly stated.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) supporting UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
4. Delivery
License keys are normally delivered within a few minutes of successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours, to the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Activation & Support
Each order includes an activation guide. If you face a valid activation issue, contact our support team with your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with activation, and where a delivered key is found invalid or non-working on the eligible product version, we will provide a replacement key or a suitable resolution as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your system meets the software's minimum requirements before purchase.
- Purchase the correct edition/version — keys are product- and version-specific.
- Do not share, resell or publish license keys delivered to you; misuse voids support and replacement eligibility.
- Use the software in accordance with the respective publisher's End User License Agreement (EULA).
7. GST Invoice
GST invoices are available for eligible orders. Provide your GSTIN and business details at checkout or via support, and the invoice will be sent to your registered email.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Aadya Software Solutions for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for issues arising from the software publisher's own services, servers or policy changes.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or copy content, or to place fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, with refund of any amount received for undelivered products.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
